Provenance: Through descent, to Private Collection, Glendale, CA.
Notes: An oil on board autumn landscape attributed to Anne Squire (20th Century American) is used as the backing board for the present work. Framed size: 22" H x 18" W x 1.5" D.

Condition

Visual: Stable paint shrinkage throughout particularly in the lower corners. A 2" area of canvas lifting from the board in the right center with some associated spots of loss. Losses on the extreme lower right corner edge and some minor losses along other edges. Canvas edges roughly cut. Artist pinholes in the upper and lower left corners. Blacklight: No evidence of restoration under blacklight.
