Chinese Qing Dynasty gilt silver repoussed round trinket box. Of a compressed globular form, with slightly domed lid and flori-form grooved rim. The top panel decorated with gilt rooster and floral foliate in reliefs against landscape motif, banded with repeated floral petal on the rim.


Mark on base, incised four script -KaiShu- characters enclosed within a square border, JiaQing Reign Period.
