Compiled by A. Eugene Sanchez, De Teves Publishing, Taos, New Mexico, 2009. Rich in American West imagery and historical content, this is the largest compilation of images of one of America s finest printmakers, National Academician Alice Geneva (Glasier) Kloss. These 2 hardcover volumes, presented in their original slipcase, contain 482 of Kloss' 627 catalogued images, plus many rare uncatalogued prints and sketches spanning 1924 to 1985. Accompanying the images are reproduced personal notes and letters from Kloss to Mary L. Sanchez, the author's mother and owner of Gallery A in Taos. First edition signed "A. Eugene Sanchez" on title page.
