Japanese, 19th or early 20th century, swirling white molded rims, decorated with a black and gilt trailing vine pattern with four winged griffin panels, panels with seascapes, animals and floral sprays, reverse with fan shaped maker's mark, some with spurious impressed English registry marks, set includes: tazza 5-1/4 in.; two oval fish platters, 23 in. and 20 in.; three oval platters, 20 in., 18 in. and 11 in.; two open sauce boats with attached trays, 3-1/2 in.; two covered sauce boats with attached tray, 4 in.; lobed oval dish, 4 in.; oval dish, 3-1/2 in.; pair of lidded rectangular tureens, 4 x 10 in.; pair small oval dishes, 9-1/4 in.; two square lidded tureens, 3 x 8 in.
