The focal point of this fantastic bracelet is the gold filled accents In the center you have the name Irena made in gold filled. On each side of that is set a 4 mm bright red stone that tests as Ruby, but is probable man made Corundum The stones are saw tooth bezel set. On ether side of that you have the I'itoi The Man in The Maze made from gold filled. At the very ends you have a Gold filled Angel or a Kachina with wings All of the gold filled accents are handmade and cutout from 12 Karat gold filled. The fabulous bracelet weighs 27.8 grams. You could have your jeweler remove the center name and replace it with yours
