Two old Chinese cinnabar lacquer boxes from the 1920's or 30's. The first is a rectangular red box with a scene carved into the top. The hinged rectangular box is over brass with a blue enameled interior and bottom. Measures 1.6 inches high x 4 inches wide. The next is a black carved overlay of florals on red lacquer in a shaped form which appears to be from the mid 20th century. Measures 2.2 inches high x 5.8 inches wide. Good condition. Sold together as one lot.
