Frederick Weinberg, American, Pair of Midcentury Sconces, Guitar and Mandolin, ca. 1955, black enameled steel, original natural parchment shades, and gold leaf finials. NOTE: Weinberg was a Philadelphia based artist and successful industrial designer, active from the late 1940's into the early 1960's, possibly born there in 1908. (DHAL1000/2)[TC]

very good age appropriate condition,dusty, were hardwired into wall, but in working condition; minor spots of surface rust, shades are taut and good with a intact laces and couple of enlarged eyelets, this visible from the back only, with no tears or cracks
