Description
VINTAGE CIRCA 1906 KARL MOON PHOTOGRAPH. An untitled ca. 1906 Karl Moon photograph, as described in the Etherton Gallery (Tucson, AZ) label affixed to the back board of the archival mount. The image shows a Native American in profile standing before a part of a massive natural stone structure, in the background a long single story building. The 6"x8" double weight gelatin silver print is unmounted, attached by 4 plastic corners to the 11"x14" archival mount. The fourth picture shows the back of the photo, with a (illegible to me) pencil notation of a description of the man pictured. A wonderfully composed image in fine condition, sharp with excellent tone and contrast.
