An impressive Majolica figural floor vase or umbrella/walking stick holder modeled as a crane or heron standing in front of a vase formed of large leaves and cattails, all upon a circular pedestal base naturalistically decorated with water lily leaves
The underside with impressed "7733"
Approx. height 29.12".

Condition

Repair with traces of glue at neck and beak, responding to black light (see image #4). Minor flakes and minor crazing. Slight enamel loss to one claw and top of body, not distracting.
