A lot of 3 ancient lamps from the Holy Land. Lot includes a Roman type, 1st Century AD, with vines motif in relief around the fill-hole and splayed nozzle with signs of use in antiquity, L: 3 7/8 in (9.8 cm); a Byzantine type, 6th - 7th Century AD, raised decorative bands around the shoulder and a channel spout, L: 4 1/4 in (10.8 cm); and a Byzantine type, 7th - 8th Century AD, with a laurel leaf motif on shoulders and an anchor in relief within the channel nozzle, L: 3 1/4 in (6.3 cm).
