'Relay Carnival, Founded 1895, University of Pennsylvania' by Robert Tait McKenzie (PA, 1867-1938), 8" diam. bronze depicting a seated Benjamin Franklin presenting laurels to four naked young male runners, the last of whom has a baton behind his back, on a 13 1/4" round wooden backing plaque with two small engraved brass plates that read 'Won by St Michaels HS' with names listed and 'High School Race Relay'. Bronze is very good, scratches to wood.
