The frame and the globe have their original finish. No chips, cracks, or water stains to the wood frame; only some very, very light surface scratches. Light surface wear and small losses to the globe's surface, with some discoloration around the seams. The wiring works. The metal structure that holds the globe lifts off the stand. The frame is in excellent original condition; the globe is in good original condition.
