Gold Prague cross with raised gold borders. In its centre is a small gold shield with the Kharkov coat of arms. On a green background are crossed the gold Cornucopia with fruit, flowers and the silver Staff of Mercury. On the horizontal rays of the cross are laid the silver cypher of Emperor Nicholas II beneath the silver Imperial crown and the silver cypher of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich beneath the silver Monomakh Cap. On the vertical rays of the cross are the raised silver dates - 1651 and - 1901.
