The deeply rounded body rising from a slightly recessed foot to a flared foliate rim, the sides divided by faint vertical grooves into eight lobes, the interior freely carved with a floral spray issuing blossoms and curled leaves, covered overall with a creamy-white glaze pooling to characteristic tear drops on the underside, the rim left unglazed, 8.6 inch wide.
