Midnight blue silk with yellow piping, having long-sleeved bodice, narrow stand collar, ruched shoulder cap, sleeve is trimmed with faux buttonholes, buttons embroidered with star, gold and purple bows and lace cuffs, back buttons above hip swag with large fringed bow, skirt decorated with a band of folded and fringed ribbon above pleated half-scallops.
