The Story of a Passion, Irving Bacheller. 1901. Hand-illumined by Emma Straight (signed by illuminer). Full limp suede leather. Leather cover complete and pliable with NO color fading. Silk endpapers in fine condition, although the endpapers are just starting to come unglued. Hand-colored title page looks like it would be suitable for framing. Scarce in this condition (the yellow silk ribbon placeholder retains its bright color). 6.25 x 8.25. 14 pp.
