Description

An Early 20th Century Austrian Bronze Box. Small, rectangular box features a cold painted bas relief figure Napoleon, tipping his hat in a farewell gesture, standing alongside two other men and is entitled "Les Adieux", at the hinged cover. Also consists of hand hammered sides and a wood lined interior. Stamped "Made in Austria" at the underside. Minor damage to one corner of the lid, some surface abrasions and scratches also evident. 4 1/8" x 3 1/4" x 2 1/8" high. ESTIMATE $200-400
