Gorgeous c1900 gold over sterling necklace. Necklace is cannetille decore with alternating diamond shaped stones which appear to be garnets and ameythyst throughout. The center of the necklace has a hinged drop where one could hang their own pendant. The clasp is stamped with the pre 1922 Austria Hungary silver stamp of a dog head signifying 800 silver. One other mark on a loop near the clasp has what appears to be a maker mark but can only see a C or G. Measures approx 16" with an approx weight of 58.45g.
