Condition consistent with age. The hutch has ring marks on the top and is missing a 7” piece of trim on the front far right and the left side at the back. The bottom right drawer on the hutch does not close all of the way. The desk has signs of old wormwood damage and the leather writing surface shows signs of wear. The trim on the desk is separating in a 3” section on the right.
