READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING. Pick up will be at a residence in Hampton NJ 08827. Nice CLEAN home ! Address will be provided on invoice to winning bidders. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If an item has damage, we will mention it in the description. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be removed and discarded. There is no preview for this sale. Bidding is open now and ends on Wednesday May 16th @6pm. Make sure you watch the live auction end at 6pm eastern time. Payment is due on Saturday May 19th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday May 21st from 10am-5:00pm. If you miss the pick up day, your items will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $15 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges. You will not get a shipping invoice until 24-48 hours after the pick up day. We do not ship any large items or lots containing multiple items. If it is questionable, please email us and ask.
