Chinese Qing Dynasty extraordinary bejeweled Gilt Bronze Knife and Sheath. A steel blade that tapers to a point is affixed with a jewel-encrusted grip. The knife slides with ease into a perfectly crafted corresponding sheath. The sheathes outer surface has a sinusoidal embellishment of glistening jewels running up its length. A wonder to behold as this piece demands attention from any passerby.

Mark near handle, four gilt script -KaiShu- characters, QianLong Reign Period.

Over all in EXCELLENT condition, NO missing stone inlay. With normal anomalies in nature, sign of stressed surface, minor scratch & dent. Surface traced wear and or declined to gilding; Minor corrosion on knife. Normal, considering ages and wears.
