Delicate celadon Jade brush washer on carved wood stand. Shallow basin circumscribed with a curvaceous wall of nephrite. A rams head protrudes from one side serving as a handle grip, and the same rams bust is mirrored onto the hardwood pedestal. A ram can be representative of sacrifice along with the sheep resembling filial piety. The stone is of a white or pale celadon color, with a moist oily appearance. Rests atop polished hardwood foot pedestal.
