Description

Tall crystalline glaze vase with many 1/4 inch green crystals on a tan ground most likely done at American Encaustic Tiling Company during Frederick Hurten Rhead's tenure with glazes developed by Karl Bergman. Bergman worked at AET and Flint and this same glaze combination can be seen on examples from both companies. Unsigned. Height 12 1/2 inches. Excellent condition.
