Van Cleef & Arpels Vintage 2.00ctw Blue Sapphire & Diamond Solid 18K Yellow Gold Powder Compact in Original Case - This beautiful vintage piece was finely crafted by renowned luxury jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels. This dainty powder compact has an elegant woven design crafted of solid 18k yellow gold. The compact has a rounded square shape, and is finished with an 18.5mm applied embellishment set with approx. 1.75ctw genuine blue sapphires and 0.25ctw genuine diamonds. The diamonds are set in white gold to best display their fiery white color, alluding to the fine craftsmanship and high attention to detail which is synonymous with this fine luxury brand. The compact opens with a latch closure, revealing an inner mirror on the inside of the top and powder (Ultima II) make up with applicator on the bottom half of the piece (removable). This is an incredibly rare vintage piece, with excellent investment potential.
