Old and Rare Fallus Fertility Figure - Kissi Guinea, Africa Mid 20th century Terracotta 17 cm This terracotta phallus figure perfectly illustrates the style of ancient sculptures called pomdo, from the neighboring regions of Kono in Sierra Leone and Kiki, Guinea. Fertility is emphasized here by the phallus and by the relief patterns that adorn the surface, thick patina through years of use. Wooden standard is included. Ex Old Dutch private collection
