Description
A LATE VICTORIAN BENTWOOD, IRON AND LEATHER HATBOX, CIRCA 1900, the circular top with applied scalloped iron strapwork, opening to reveal a seafoam green paper lined interior of a circular drum base with like iron scalloped strapwork, flanked by iron strap handles. Height: 12 3/4" Diameter: 19 1/2"
Condition
Various sticker residue, staining, scratches, scuffs, some damage at base underneath, flanking straps now lacking, mild warping at top, but overall in good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
