A PAIR OF LOUIS XV STYLE CANED BEECH SIDE CHAIRS, POSSIBLY FRENCH, 20TH CENTURY, in the Rococo Revival style, the flower bloom and acanthus leaf carved shield form back centering inset woven cane, over a bowed cane seat, on carved knee cabriole legs, raised on leafy scroll carved feet, ending in French toes, joined by a serpentine flower bloom and leafy tendril carved skirt. Some repairs are noted under seats. Some surface scratches, dents, fading and darkened patina, with a distressed surface appearance, but otherwise in very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
