Louis XV-Style Mahogany Vitrine
late 19th century, the molded and domed cornice above a floral-painted frieze, over a bombe case fitted with a central door, with glazed upper section and a lower painted panel in the manner of Vernis Martin, the sides glazed and paneled en suite, raised on splayed legs ending in sabots, the whole with decorative ormolu mounts.

Condition
In overall very good condition, exhibiting light wear, rubbing and shrinkage consistent with age and use.
Tight and sturdy. No apparent movement at the legs or repairs.
Lock present. No key.
Glass in very good condition.
Rubbing to the gilt on the bronze mounts but retains most of the original gilt.
The interior has been electrified with a lamp discreetly inset into the interior top.
