138622 - CAMILO EGAS MIXED MEDIA ON CANVAS. One of the Rarest pieces in the auction. Egas (1889-September 18, 1962) was a highly talented and regarded Ecuadorian painter and teacher. Involved in one way or another in art for his entire career, Egas traveled the world and worked in many different cities including Spain, Italy and New York. This is an ORIGINAL Mixed-Media on canvas signed in the bottom right "Egas" and measures 11 1/4" x 15". Previously framed, the reverse shows some tape residue, otherwise in Very Good, dated condition. Originals by Camilo Egas sell for upwards of $10k-$15k at auction.
