Description
Circa 1973. Signed, numbered 344, 94, and 96. Comprising three of the “Blair House Indians”. The first “Beaverhead Medicine Man”, seated upon a bearskin, with beaver pelt and horned headdress with a catch of fowl; the second, “Chato”, kneeling, with an antler headdress, stoking a fire with a blanket; the third, “Sacajawea” with long braids seated by a hearth with her child, all on wood bases. Heights 10 ½, 12, 11 in., respectively. (Cond: the second with one antler lacking, otherwise appears ok, SOLD AS IS)
