VICTORIAN CASED AND APPLIED-DECORATION GLASS BASKETS, LOT OF FIVE, comprising three opal examples with applied amber decoration with either floral or fruit motifs, a shaded cranberry satin glass with applied blue berries and applied amber rim, handle, and feet, and a blue with applied colorless floral decoration, handle, and rim, blue also set in a wired metal base. Various makers. Late 19th/early 20th century. 6 1/2" to 9" HOA, 4" to 7" DOA rims.
Applied cherries example undamaged, satin example with a sliver chip to the edge of one foot, remainder in excellent condition with a chip or two to applied flower petals or leaves.
