READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE BIDDING !! This is a collection from a Mercerville NJ Estate. Items in this Auction are located AT OUR BUILDING and will need to be picked up at our building in Phillipsburg NJ 08865. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. There is no preview for this sale ( call to schedule one , if you would like). Bidding is open now and ends on Tuesday August 21st @7pm. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 7 pm eastern time, to watch lots close. Payment is due on Saturday August 25th by 3pm and Pick up day is Monday August 27th from 12pm-5pm. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If you miss the pick up day, your items will be considered abandoned. Invoices will be sent the day after auction. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - Pick up is preferred. If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus ACTUAL USPS postage (We do not add anything to the postage, you pay what USPS charges. If you think you might have a problem with postage fees, do not bid. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal for our shipping charges, 48 hours after pick up day. Item will be shipped to address registered with Paypal.
