CIVIL WAR ERA NAVY AND MUSICIANS ARTICLES, LOT OF EIGHT, comprising a pair of U.S. Navy officer's epaulettes, one having embroidered wire Fouled Anchor insignia, the other with embroidered wire Federal eagle insignia, mounted to board under glass in shadowbox display frame, and a musician's fife, gilt Lyre collar insignia, two brass Lyre buttons, and two red velvet and silver-wire embroidered shoulder boards, all mounted together to board with adhesive in shadowbox display frame. Second half 19th century. Shadowbox frames 15 3/8" x 21 7/8" OA and 9" x 19" OA.
Excellent condition overall, expected minor wear and discoloration, fife with possible repairs. Not examined out of frame.
