A nice Cypriot pedestal bowl, c. 750 - 600 BC, with narrow bands on the interior in dark brown slip, another around the outside, the rim with two grooves within which is also dark brown slip. The vessel sits on a narrow widely flared pedestal foot and well-preserved with scattered deposits. 2 3/4 x 6 5/8 in (7 x 16.8 cm). Ex Victorian private collection, UK.
