Bisque socket head with blue threaded eyes, closed mouth, pierced earlobes, unmarked, but mounted to a separate bisque shoulder plate incised "11" on edge of shoulder. Although bearing no markings, the head has facial characteristics of an earlier Gauthier. The head and shoulder plate are mounted to a white kid body with separately stitched fingers with gusset joints at elbows, hips and knees. Well-costumed in all antique cream fabric with narrow waist, velvet ribbon trim, black lace long gloves, and antique undergarments, wearing black leather antique children’s shoes. On right side of forehead there is on old faint diagonal hairline crack extending from the crown edge to just above the eyebrow, not visible when wig is in place. Condition: Dimensions: 32 - 1/2" T.
