Ink on hanji paper painting. Featuring two figures. Signed by Qu Jian Xiong (Chinese, born 1956) on the lower left corner and dated 1991.9. 58 x 57.5 cm (22.8 x 22.6 inches). Qu Jianxiong is a Chinese visual artist. Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'DUNHUANG-2' sold at Poly International Auction Co. '30 Years Of Contemporary Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy Evening Sale' in 2014 for $40,502. PROVENANCE: Acquired from the artist.
