Picture size: 28 x 20 cm (11 x 7.9 inches), frame size: 42 x 34 cm (16.5 x 13.4 inches). Reg Smythe was a British cartoonist who created the popular, long-running Andy Capp comic strip. Smythe was honored with numerous awards, including Best British Cartoon Strip every year from 1961 to 1965 and major awards in Italy (1969, 1973, 1978).
