Group of mixed media drawings, comprising 6 parts framed together as a suite. The six drawings are variously titled Carbon, Sulfur, Leonardo, Homeostasis, Neuro Transmitters, and De Humani Corporis Fabrica, and share an anatomical theme common in some of Basquiat's earlier works. Two of the drawings are signed* on the obverse (Jean Michel Basquiat, 1960-1988), and one is signed on the reverse and dated. Each drawing is executed on ordinary typing paper and measures 11 x 8 1/2 inches. Very good condition. Lucite frame.

Provenance: Acquired by the former owner from the collection of Alice Kaplan, an East Coast collector. Now the property of a private collector, Dallas, Texas. Bears exhibition information on the reverse, including the exhibitor's name.
