possibly Pennsylvania, circa 1760-70, chestnut and poplar secondary, two-part form, dovetailed case with applied cove molded cornice, five upper lipped graduated drawers, the base with applied waist molding, above one long drawer over three side-by-side drawers, the center with relief carved shell, boldly scalloped skirt, raised on tall cabriole legs, with stylized snake pad feet.
