A LOUIS XV STYLE GILT BRONZE AND CRYSTAL TEN LIGHT CHANDELIER, 20TH CENTURY, the large gilt bronze caged chandelier frame with ogival form hanging ring over twisting acanthus leaf cap and banded laurel leaf band, over plain cylindrical ring issuing four "S" form vertical arms with overlapping acanthus leaf scrolls, from the ring a twisting gadrooned cap with pendant pineapple hung with a chain of four crystal octagon beads and a large faceted ball, the cage hung near the top with cut crystal drops composed of seven octagon beads terminating with a faceted pear, repeated with similar chains towards the junction of the "S" curve, the "S" form arms connecting a plain cylindrical ring below a stepped multi motif cap mounted with a faceted crystal spire, from the lower ring six additional acanthus leaf scrolls with bobèches and cut crystal pans fitted with faux electrified candles, the pans hung with faceted pear form crystal drops, below the ring a gadrooned cap with pineapple finial hung with a faceted crystal ball with rosette and bead chain, the arms hung at the extremities by three crystal chains composed of octagons and faceted pear drops.
