U. S. COIN / SILVER AGE (OMN) FOUR-PIECE TABLE SET, colorless, comprising a covered butter dish, covered sugar bowl, creamer, and spooner. Central Glass Co., Wheeling, WV. 1891-1892. 4 3/4" to 7" HOA.
Sugar with moderate chipping to the finial, some flaking to the cover flange, and roughness/nicking to the base pattern, remainder undamaged. Each with some light mold roughness, as made.
Literature: Timmerman/Rissell - U. S. Coin & Columbian Coin Pattern Glass, pp. 34, 70, and 71.
Provenance: From the William and Mary Jane Lightner collection, Petersburg, PA.
