CHINESE ZITAN FLARED TOP ALTAR TABLE, crafted with rectangular top with everted ends surmounting a shaped apron flanked by scalloped spandrels forming Ruyi Pattern over the prominent legs, bridged by double stretched bars to each sides. The zitan wood altar shows smooth lustrous dark-brown-purplish patina, dense hardwood with feathery fine grain.
