Auctore Ludouico Georgio, map of China oriented with north to the right, extending into parts of Indo-China, the Philippines and part of Japan, with The Great Wall delineated and with illustrations in the interior with tent cities of the Tartars, stags, elephants and elaborate sail-powered carriages, engraving, an excellent impression on laid paper with armorial watermark, platemark 370 x 470 mm. (14 1/2 x 18 1/2 in), sheet 445 x 560 mm. (17 1/2 x 22 in), central vertical fold reinforced verso, with small repairs to upper section, unframed, [Antwerp, 1601].
