Pair of German Sterling Silver Gilt Historizmus Cabinet Figures
mid-20th century, by Neresheimer Silber, Hanau, depicting a 15th-century king and queen, the king in armor with movable face guard and detachable broadsword and dagger, the queen in elegant robes and holding a detachable scepter, both with carved faces and hands and presented on a canted square plinth base with openwork scrolling flowers.

Condition
In very good condition. Slight oxidation to the gilding on the hem of the queen's robes. Each piece
marked (on the basal edge) with the German "crown and moon" reichsmark, "925" and the Neresheimer
"N" trademark.
