Description

Butch the Bulldog 4 1/2 inch paperweight, a Louise Abel design based on a bulldog owned by E.T. Hurley, cast in 1935 and colored with high glazes in white, blue and brown. Marks include the Rookwood logo, date, shape 6483 and Ms. Abel's mold monogram. Excellent original condition.
