The 3 diamonds are .20 carats each. They are European cut stones. They are very bright and firey well cut stones. They average I color- SI 1 clarity. There are two triangular shaped sapphires and two rectangular sapphires at each end. The ring measures across the face from top to bottom 23-1/2mm. From side to side across the top it measures 16mm.
