In a carved oak case with medallion and filigree arched crest, turned corner finials with maiden bust and lion's head appliques, overlapping leaf carved frieze, turned and fluted columns on the door with carved capitals; the base has a raised plinth with open tier, single door with fancy raised panels, turned and carved columns with turned feet.
