Ernest Howard Shepard (10 December 1879 – 24 March 1976) was an English artist and book illustrator. He is known especially for illustrations of the anthropomorphic soft toy and animal characters in The Wind in the Willows and Winnie-the-Pooh. It is possible this is an illustration for a book. 25 1/2 x 21 1/4 in. (Framed), 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 in. (Sight).

Good condition, framed under glass. Appears to be a clean crack in the upper left corner of the paper. Item has not been inspected outside of frame.
