Description
PRESSED LACY TOY EWER AND BASIN, strong fiery opalescent, waisted-form ewer with high, thorn handle, six-point star and basket of flowers to each side, raised on a circular foot, basin with rose garland encircling the shoulder, tiny-scallop rim, sunburst to base, and rope table ring. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. 1835-1850. 3" HOA, 3 1/4" D basin.
Ewer with handle cleanly reattached, otherwise proof, basin with a small V-shape loss to rim, chipping/roughness to a partial fin, and an annealing crack and check off rim, as made.
