Ancient Egypt, Coptic culture, ca. 1st century BCE to 1st century CE (three); Pre-Columbian, Mexico City region, Aztec, ca. 1300 to 1500 CE (geometric symbol). Three round ceramic seals: one an actor's mask, one a snake, and one a wild dog. Also a geometric seal in the form of an abstract anthropomorphic serpent. Size of largest (mask): 2.8" W (7.1 cm)

Provenance: private East Coast, USA collection; purchased in Egypt in 1966

Condition
One of the Coptic examples is missing one side, as shown. The others have light encrustation, especially in lower profile areas. The Aztec example is in beautiful condition.
